Coming out of my shell
Yes, yes, it’s been a long time.
Part of the gap was due to heavy-duty responsibilities in what we euphemistically call the “real world”. Rodger alluded to much of it in his comment to my last entry ... I was deeply involved in the planning, preparation, and operation of SABR36, the annual convention of the Society for American Baseball Research, which took place here in Seattle between June 28 and July 2.
Another part of my absence from posting will be the topic of my next entry. Which will be posted—be still, my heart—either later today or tomorrow.
