It's an honor just to be nominated

Good heavens, what has the world come to?  I just discovered that this little place is on the very long list of potential nominees for the 2005 Koufax for Most Deserving of Wider Recognition.

I’d ask you to pop over there (via the above link) and vote for me, but who am I kidding?  Hell, I can’t decide among (at least, and alphabetically) The LeftCoaster, Linkmeister, PacificViews, Political Cortex, Preemptive Karma, The Sideshow aka “Avedon Carol”.  I’ll probably post a vote/comment favoring Carla and her crew at Preemptive Karma, but that remains to be determined.

Still, if someone actually did cast a vote for me, I’d be at least as appreciative as surprised.  And who knows?  It might spur me to write these recognition-deserving posts more frequently.

Or not.
